One Zabeel Apartments

One Za'abeel Apartments is a multi-building residential complex comprising One Za'abeel Tower 1 and One Za'abeel Tower 2. The project is under construction and expected to be handed over in 2023. Amenities for the residential development will include 2,500 parking spaces, a retail podium, a gym, office spaces, a swimming pool, a spa, a hotel, a roof terrace, and a banquet hall.

Infrastructure

The city's major travel arteries are within reach of the Sheikh Zayed Road (E11), Second Za'abeel Road (D73), and Oud Metha Road (E66) to the west. Dubai International Airport is about 15 minutes from the development, whereas Al Maktoum International Airport will take about 45 minutes.

Residents of the neighborhood will have easy and quick access to Dubai International Financial Centre, DIFC, which is 5 minute drive from Za'abeel 2 and 10 minute drive from Za'abeel 1, and the World Trade Centre, which is 5 5-minute drive from Za'abeel 1 and Za'abeel 2. There are no metro stations within the Za'abeel residential area, though several can be reached in a few minutes' drive. The closest include Al Jafiliya Metro Station, World Trade Centre Metro Station, Emirates Towers Metro Station, and Financial Centre Station 1.
Public bus stations within easy reach of the area are the Za'abeel Bus Station, Damac Park Tower Bus Stop, Emirates Tower 1 and 2 Bus Stations, Novotel Hotel Bus Station, and Gate Village Bus Stop. Bus routes available for Za'abeel residents and visitors are 29, 27, and X22.
At each residence in Za'abeel, the yard ground was foreseen for parking on the house ground level; private garages are accessible for villa owners. Several sites were allotted for on-street parking, and they were led just in front of your property in many places.

The nearest educational facilities to Za'abeel are the Mohammed Bin Rashid University of Medicine and Health Sciences, Dubai English Speaking School, and Lycee Francais International Georges Pompidou. All these institutions are 10 minutes away by car. The Indian High School, European University College, and the Pakistan Education Academy can be reached within 15 15-minute drive from Za'abeel.
