About Al Waha 2

Al Waha 2 is an off-plan development by Expo City in Expo City Dubai, Dubai. Entry price is AED 3,520,000.

Al Waha 2 is a project by Expo City Dubai located in the Expo City district, featuring boutique buildings with a ground level, two residential floors, and open terraces. The collection includes one- and two-bedroom apartments, as well as two-bedroom duplex lofts. All buildings are designed with a focus on privacy and spaciousness. Interiors are crafted with high-quality materials and styled in a modern aesthetic with a warm ambiance. Ceilings up to 6 meters create a sense of open space, while panoramic windows flood the rooms with light and offer up to 270-degree views of lush courtyards and Expo City’s architectural landmarks. The layouts are thoughtfully designed for maximum comfort and functionality. Residents enjoy a range of amenities, including a swimming pool, private courtyards, yoga and wellness areas, a modern gym, diverse restaurants and cafes, and retail shops, creating a complete environment for living and leisure. The project is just a two-minute walk from Al Wasl Plaza and is close to the Connect conference center, Expo Forrest park, an exhibition center, a metro station, and a shopping mall. This prime location makes Al Waha 2 an ideal choice for an active and comfortable lifestyle. Building Configuration: G+2

About Expo City

Expo City is one of the larger developers on our books, with 6 projects across Palm Jumeirah, Downtown Dubai and Expo City Dubai. That volume is worth understanding before you buy: it means comparable stock, and comparable stock caps resale.

What do they build?

We list 6 projects from AED 3,250,000 up to AED 14,945,000. We do not hold a confirmed handover date for the projects still under construction, so ask for it in writing before you commit.

Where do they build?

What should you check before buying?

  • How much of their own stock competes with yours. A developer selling many similar units in the same district is your competition on resale as well as your seller.
  • The handover date in writing, in the sale contract rather than the brochure. Published dates move, and a date already past is a warning rather than a detail.
  • The escrow account. Off-plan payments in Dubai go into a RERA regulated escrow and are released against verified construction progress. Confirm the account before paying anything.
  • Their delivery record. Ask what handover dates they announced on their last completed projects and when those actually handed over. That comparison tells you more than any brochure.

You can see every project we hold from Expo City on this page. To compare them against what else is available, browse off-plan projects and Dubai communities, or ask us which is actually worth buying.
