Al Jaddaf Apartments for Rent

Al Jaddaf apartments for rent sit on the Dubai Creek, a few minutes from Downtown and DIFC by metro, which makes this one of the few genuinely central districts where rents still sit in the high five figures. This guide covers where Al Jaddaf is, what was on our books in October 2026, and what an apartment here actually costs.

Where is Al Jaddaf?

Al Jaddaf sits on the Dubai Creek between Bur Dubai and Dubai Healthcare City, with Dubai Festival City directly across the water. It has its own stop on the metro Green Line, and a drive to Downtown takes around ten to fifteen minutes off peak. The area is still being built out, so newer towers sit alongside older industrial plots left over from its history as a dry dock and boatyard district. Our full area guide to Al Jaddaf covers the neighbourhood in more detail.

What is available to rent in Al Jaddaf in October 2026?

In October 2026 we have six apartments to rent in Al Jaddaf, all one bedroom units, priced from AED 68,000 to AED 90,000 a year. Most are in Binghatti buildings close to the creek. See the full one bedroom list for current availability.

Can you rent a studio or a two bedroom apartment in Al Jaddaf?

Not today. Our current stock is entirely one bedroom units, and we have nothing listed as a studio or a two bedroom apartment to rent in Al Jaddaf at the moment. Al Jaddaf does hold a mix from studios to three bedroom units when they come up, so it is worth telling us what you need and we will come back to you when one is listed, rather than checking back yourself.

What does it cost to rent an apartment in Al Jaddaf?

Against Business Bay, Al Jaddaf is meaningfully cheaper for a similar apartment, with less to walk to and a less established feel. Against Bur Dubai next door, Al Jaddaf has newer buildings and better amenities, at a higher rent. Against Dubai Silicon Oasis or Jumeirah Village Circle, Al Jaddaf is more central for similar money, in smaller units. Our guide to renting an apartment in Al Jaddaf sets out the full comparison.

Who is Al Jaddaf right for?

It suits people who commute into Bur Dubai, Dubai Healthcare City, DIFC or Downtown and would rather spend the saving on space than on a view. Rental demand comes largely from hospital and clinic staff, hotel staff, and professionals who want a short metro ride to work. It suits families less well, since schools and parks are thinner here than in the master communities. If you are looking to buy instead of rent, see apartments for sale in Al Jaddaf.
