The tower is in Al Jaddaf, on the Dubai Creek side of the city. Al Jadaf station on the Green Line is a 5 to 10 minute walk, according to Aigents Realty. Binghatti puts the building about 5 minutes from Dubai International Airport, 10 minutes from Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall and 25 minutes from Palm Jumeirah. Those are developer estimates and traffic changes them.

Binghatti Avenue was launched in Q3 2019 and is now complete. Aigents Realty quotes a Q2 2022 handover, and the developer's own page lists the project as completed and ready to move in. If you see a future handover date on a portal, it is out of date.
