Sobha Hartland apartments for rent

Most searches that start with "Sobha Hartland rent" end on one of two towers on this page: Sobha The Crest and Sobha Creek Vistas. The Crest listings we show are one bedrooms with pool, community or Burj Khalifa views, and several landlords list them as negotiable or flexible on cheques. Creek Vistas listings are two bedrooms, usually furnished. Because the same tower can hold many similar units, compare floor, view and furnishing before you compare rent. How to negotiate rent in a falling market

Property Finder reports that asking rents fell in nine of ten tracked apartment communities, with more listings competing for each renter. Ask for the rent, the number of cheques and any included items together, and ask how long the unit has been listed. Landlords with a vacant unit often prefer a clean one-year contract to a long vacancy. Keep every agreed term in the tenancy contract, not in messages.

How to rent an apartment in MBR City

  1. Set an annual budget and use the table above as a guide.
  2. Choose the district and building, then view at least two units.
  3. Agree the rent, cheques and furnishing. Many listings here are furnished.
  4. Sign the unified tenancy contract and pay the security deposit. The landlord may take a deposit for maintenance and must return the remainder (Law 26 of 2007, Article 20).
  5. Register on Ejari. Registration is mandatory, and the landlord must approve a tenant's request within 5 days or it is cancelled. Afterwards you can download your Ejari certificate at any time.
  6. Connect electricity and water through the DEWA move-in service.

Read Ejari and tenancy contracts explained before you sign. The Dubai Land Department publishes the official unified tenancy contract.
