A two bedroom apartment suits a couple who want a home office, a small family or two sharers. Listings in this area often mention lagoon views, a maid's room, a terrace or a study. Our community page describes MBR City as a car area, bordered by Emirates Road, Al Khail Road and Sheikh Zayed Road, with Downtown Dubai and Business Bay close by car. Public transport is limited, so check the RTA map for the nearest Red Line stop. For schools, Sobha says its community has North London Collegiate School Dubai and Hartland International School, both rated Very Good by KHDA in 2023 to 2024. Dubai Hills Mall is a short drive along Al Khail Road.
The u.ae leasing guide says the tenant pays a 5% housing fee on yearly rent to Dubai Municipality, added to the monthly electricity and water bill. Families with school age children often choose the Hartland area for the schools nearby, while those who want lagoon views look at District One. Because MBR City is a car area, think about parking, and about the drive to work along Al Khail Road or Sheikh Zayed Road. Visit at rush hour before you commit, and compare a few towers rather than one, since facilities, views and finishes change from building to building.
Mohammed Bin Rashid City is a large master development in Dubai, announced in 2012, made up of districts such as District One, Sobha Hartland and Meydan. Our community page also notes that Meydan is a district inside it, not another name for it.
MBR City is mainly a car area and public transport is limited. Check the RTA map at rta.ae for the nearest Red Line station to the building you are considering.
Sobha says its community has two international schools, North London Collegiate School Dubai and Hartland International School, both rated Very Good by KHDA in its 2023 to 2024 inspections. Confirm the campus address, since KHDA records NLCS under Meydan City.
