Apartments for rent in City Walk

City Walk apartments for rent are owner-let homes in Meraas's low and mid-rise district in Al Wasl, a few minutes from Downtown Dubai. Rents here sit at the premium end of the apartment market, and the choice runs from one-bedroom homes to four-bedroom apartments with a maid's room. This guide explains what City Walk is, which buildings let homes, what to ask and how renting works.

What is City Walk Dubai like to live in?

City Walk is a Meraas development. According to our community guide, it opened to the public in February 2016, covers more than 900,000 square metres and was built in two phases, commercial and residential. It sits at the junction of Al Safa Street and Al Wasl Road, with Sheikh Zayed Road close by. Our City Walk community guide has the full background.

It is a walkable district, which is rare in Dubai. Meraas's own page lists Central Park, with an outdoor gym and running track, and international shops and restaurants. It also lists entertainment such as Roxy Cinema, NoWayOut Escape Room and Brass Monkeys, plus the Green Planet bio-dome and the 17,000-capacity Coca-Cola Arena. The Canadian University of Dubai is also inside City Walk.

Which buildings have City Walk apartments for rent?

The apartments we most often see let by owners are in Central Park at City Walk, in towers such as Castleton and Laurel. Other City Walk projects have their own pages on our site.
