We do not publish handover dates for these projects, because we do not hold confirmed ones. Developer schedules move between releases, and we would rather get the current one in writing for the project you are actually buying.

What you are actually paying for

Beach access you can walk to, and a view that in the right unit cannot be built out. Those two things are the premium, and they are the two things to verify rather than assume. A "sea view" from a low floor behind another tower is not the same asset as an unobstructed one, and the price difference between them is often smaller than it should be.

What to check

Is the view protected? Ask what is consented on the plots between you and the water.
Which way does it face? West facing balconies here are unusable for part of the year for some people, and the sunset for others.
Service charges, including any beach or marina levy. These are among the highest in the city.
Short let rules for the building. If your plan is holiday letting, confirm it is permitted before you buy, not after.
What else completes nearby in the same twelve months. Your rent and your resale price are set by the units delivered alongside yours, not by the brochure.
What the view is actually of, and whether it survives. A park or water view is durable. A view across an empty plot is not.
