DAMAC Lagoons is a townhouse and villa community in Dubailand, divided into clusters named after Mediterranean places. Nice is one of those clusters. Bayut does not publish unit sizes for Nice. Resale listings give a picture. A 4-bedroom townhouse is usually listed at about 2,200 to 2,300 sq ft built-up on a plot of about 1,550 sq ft. A single-row 5-bedroom with a maid's room is listed at 3,261 sq ft built-up on a 2,364 sq ft plot. Listings also show a ground-floor bedroom, with the other bedrooms upstairs, though bathroom counts differ between similar homes. Ask for the floor plan and the plot type, such as single row, back-to-back or corner, because they change privacy and value.

Handover and status

Bayut's guide estimated handover for 2025, but says nothing newer. Listings in 2026 show a mix of handed-over homes and units described as close to handover. The cluster may also be delivered in stages. Confirm the status of the exact home and its street with DAMAC or the seller, and visit before you commit. Living next to unfinished plots is the main complaint in any phased community.
