Santorini is a Greek island themed cluster of townhouses and villas inside DAMAC Lagoons, a waterfront community in Dubailand. It is built by DAMAC Properties and offers three to six bedroom homes with private gardens, covered parking and views of the lagoons. Do not confuse it with Samana Santorini, a separate apartment project in Dubai Studio City.

Santorini sits in DAMAC Lagoons, reached from Hessa Street (D61). Sheikh Zayed Bin Hamdan Al Nahyan Street (D54) and Emirates Road (E611) are close, and DAMAC Hills and Dubai Sports City are neighbours. Bayut gives these drive times: about 10 minutes to DAMAC Mall, 11 to First Avenue Mall, 18 to Cityland Mall, 20 to Arabian Ranches and Motor City and 22 to Al Maktoum International Airport.

DAMAC Properties launched Santorini as one of several Mediterranean themed clusters in DAMAC Lagoons, alongside Malta, Portofino and Costa Brava. Property Finder lists three phases. Listing sites describe whitewashed exteriors with blue accents inspired by the Greek island. Inside, homes have built-in wardrobes and bright living and dining areas. Names are loose in the market, so a home sold as a villa can be a townhouse by layout. Always compare the built-up area rather than the label.
Bayut lists nearby nurseries and schools including The Wonder Years Nursery, Kinder Castle Nursery, South View School (British curriculum) and Renaissance School (American curriculum). Supermarkets nearby include Carrefour, Geant Express and Al Maya Hypermarket. For golf, Trump International Golf Club and The Els Club are both close. Clinics such as Aster Clinic and Medcare Medical Centre are within about 20 minutes by car.
