People often search for "MM Tower" in the singular. It is the same complex. Buildings with similar names exist in other areas, so check that a listing says Dubai Silicon Oasis.
Dubai Silicon Oasis sits at the junction of Dubai to Al Ain Road (E66) and Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road (E311). DSO is a free zone set up by the Dubai government in 2003 and is the only free zone where people can both live and work. It covers about 7.2 sq km. Wikipedia notes that a Blue Line metro station is planned for 2029, so today most residents drive or use buses.
Bayut lists the Creek, Al Jadaf and Dubai Healthcare City metro stations at 15 to 17 minutes (it does not say if by car), and bus stops within 1 to 3 minutes of the building. See our Dubai Silicon Oasis community page for the district.
Bayut names Ribbon of Light Trading as the developer and gives 12 September 2012 as the completion date. Older construction reports quote a different unit mix from the listings, so we do not publish a total unit count here. If you need one, ask the building management or check the Dubai Land Department record.

One bedrooms here are large for the area, which is a main reason tenants choose the building. Sizes come from Bayut's building page, so confirm the exact area on the tenancy contract or title deed.
Bayut lists cafes and supermarkets within 2 to 4 minutes of the building, including Green Park and TimePlus. Dragon Mart is about 12 minutes away, Global Village about 19 and IMG Worlds of Adventure about 23. DSO is also home to GEMS Wellington Academy, The Indian International School DSO and Vernus International School, as well as the Rochester Institute of Technology of Dubai.

The building is freehold, so foreign buyers can own. If you own here and want to sell or let, we would like to hear from you. For new projects in the district, see off-plan in Dubai Silicon Oasis.
Service charges are set per sq ft each year and published in the Dubai Land Department service charge index. Bayut's page for this building does not give a figure, and we could not confirm a dated one. Ask the seller for the latest invoice. Our guide on the service charge index explains how to read it.
