DAMAC Heights is a supertall residential tower in Dubai Marina, developed by DAMAC Properties and completed in 2018. Bayut lists it at 86 floors and 640 apartments, from 1-bedrooms to a 5-bedroom penthouse, with a Fendi Casa branded section in the upper floors. It stands on King Salman Bin Abdulaziz Al Saud Street (D94), a short walk from the tram.

Developer, design and awards

DAMAC Properties built it as its second supertall project. Aedas designed it as two conjoined blades with a curved facade, with AECOM as architect of record. Apartment types, sizes and layouts

The range of 1-bedroom layouts is very wide, so two units with the same bedroom count can differ by 500 sq ft. Compare square feet, floor and view rather than bedroom count alone. Some 2-bedroom units were sold semi-furnished or fully furnished depending on the package.

Who it suits

It suits tenants and owners who want a high floor, marina views and building facilities close to JBR and the tram. It is less suited to anyone who needs a studio, because there are none, or who wants plentiful visitor parking.
