Tell us what you are looking forCluster L JLT is one of the 26 lettered clusters of Jumeirah Lake Towers in Dubai, the freehold community run by DMCC along Sheikh Zayed Road. The official JLT site says every cluster has three towers. Cluster L includes Icon Tower 2 and Preatoni Tower, both named on official JLT and DMCC pages, and it has one of the community's free half basketball courts.
Cluster L is inside Jumeirah Lake Towers, which lies along Sheikh Zayed Road in New Dubai, directly opposite Dubai Marina and near Emirates Hills, Jebel Ali and Al Sufouh. jlt.ae highlights free half basketball courts in Clusters H and L that need no reservation. The JLT lakes have shaded areas and jogging and cycling tracks, and JLT Park, the community's main park, hosts events. A 24x7 Service Centre run by Concordia handles security, maintenance and community requests. For parents, Kids Kingdom Learning Centre is based in Icon Tower 2. There are no schools inside JLT.
Two Dubai Metro Red Line stations serve JLT: DMCC Station, formerly JLT Station, and Sobha Realty Station, formerly Dubai Marina. An electric community bus, JLT Link, connects the district. Every residential and commercial tower has designated parking for residents and tenants, and paid public parking is available around the clusters. JLT is large, so check the walking time from your tower to the station you plan to use.

DMCC lists a business centre at Preatoni Tower, so it is used for offices. Check the permitted use before you buy or rent a unit.
JLT has DMCC Station and Sobha Realty Station on the Red Line. The nearer one depends on the tower, so measure the walk.
JLT is a freehold community, so foreign buyers can own here. Confirm the title deed for each unit.
