Bayut does not give a unit count. The 2-bedroom size is a single figure, so layouts are close to identical across the building. The townhouses are triplexes, meaning three floors, which is unusual for JVC apartment buildings.

There is no metro station inside JVC, so most residents drive or use buses. Bayut lists JSS School, Sunmarke International School, Victory Heights Primary School and Renaissance School among the schools within reach. Check the school run yourself at peak hours.
