Bukadra is a district in the middle of Dubai that most people, including many who work in property, could not place on a map. It sits between Ras Al Khor and Meydan, beside the Dubai Creek wildlife sanctuary, and it is being developed now.

What the area is

Formerly light industrial and largely empty land, now the subject of residential development, with the creek and the flamingo sanctuary to one side and Meydan and Mohammed Bin Rashid City to the other. It is genuinely central in distance terms: Downtown is a short drive, and so is the airport.

Who it suits

Buyers who want a central location at a price that reflects an unproven district, and who are prepared to be early. If you want amenities, neighbours and a finished street, this is not the place yet and you should look at Meydan or MBR City instead.
