About Al Habtoor City

Al Habtoor City is a mixed-use development on the Dubai Water Canal, built by the Al Habtoor Group and finished in 2018. It has three residential towers, Noora, Amna and Meera, three hotels and more than 1,400 residential units. Amna and Noora are 75-floor towers, so this is one of the tallest residential addresses in the city.

The three residential towers

Noora Tower75307 m2019
Meera Tower52213 m2018

The Skyscraper Center lists these figures. One property database counts 73 floors for Amna, so the exact number varies by source. Hilton Dubai Al Habtoor City, a 41-floor hotel, completed in 2016 and is not one of the residential towers. Bayut also lists Noora, Amna and Meera as ready buildings in Al Habtoor City.

Hotels and what sits on the site

The complex includes three hotels, which were rebranded in 2018: Al Habtoor Palace, formerly the St. Regis Dubai and now part of the Preferred Hotels and Resorts Legend Collection, V Hotel Dubai under Hilton's Curio Collection, and Hilton Dubai Al Habtoor City. Residents of the towers live beside hotel restaurants, spas and event space.

Apartment types and sizes

The towers offer apartments of different sizes up to penthouses. We could not find a verified size table, so we do not give ranges. As an example, the 1-bedroom we list in Amna Tower is about 809 sq ft. Check the size in square feet for any unit you view, and ask for the floor plan.

Location and getting around

Al Habtoor City is positioned along the Dubai Water Canal and is listed under Business Bay. Check the walking or driving route to the nearest metro station on a map for your own journey. Our Business Bay property guide and the Business Bay community page cover the wider area.

Al Habtoor City apartments for sale

Buyers get an apartment in a landmark tower with hotels on the same site. Compare the tower, floor, view and furnishing, and check the current service charge. See apartments for sale in Business Bay. For the developer's other work, our Business Bay page lists more buildings.

Service charges

Service charges are set per square foot and published in the Dubai Land Department index. We could not confirm a dated figure for these towers, so we do not quote one. Use our service charge index guide and ask for the current rate before you offer.

Who it suits

It suits professionals and families who want a high floor, a canal setting and hotel services within a single walkable complex. It is less suited to anyone who wants a quiet, low-rise street or a short walk to a metro station.

Pros and cons

  • Pros: landmark towers of up to 75 floors, three hotels on site, canal frontage.
  • Cons: large towers mean many neighbours and busy lifts, and details such as floor counts and completion years vary between sources.
