DEC Towers is a two-tower residential complex in Dubai Marina, developed by Dheeraj and East Coast LLC. Bayut lists 417 apartments from studios to 3-bedrooms, in towers of 21 and 26 floors joined by a five-storey podium. It is a short drive from Marina Walk, JBR and the tram.

The completion year and unit count differ from source to source. A 2016 industry article described 506 units across towers of 25 and 21 storeys. We use Bayut's figures, and the Dubai Land Department can confirm them for a particular unit.

One building or two?

People search for "DEC Tower", "DEC Towers", "DEC Tower 1" and "DEC Tower 2". They are two towers on one site, so they share a podium, facilities and the same name. Tower 2 is the taller one. When you read a listing, check which tower the unit is in, because floor, view and service charge can differ.

Apartment sizes and layouts

The 2-bedroom units are large for Dubai Marina, and the range is wide, so compare the actual size in square feet rather than the bedroom count. Sizes in listings are normally built-up area including balconies.
