Arada is a UAE developer best known for the large Aljada and Masaar communities in Sharjah, and now building at the luxury end in Dubai.

Its Dubai entry is deliberately positioned at the top of the market rather than the middle, which is a different proposition from the volume communities it built in Sharjah. Understanding which side of the business you are looking at matters when you read anything about them.

What do they build?

In Sharjah, large master planned communities combining apartments, townhouses and villas with retail, schools and parks. In Dubai, branded and high specification residential in prime waterfront and golf locations.

Where do they build?

What should you check before buying?

  • Which market you are buying in, since their Sharjah and Dubai products serve completely different buyers and are not comparable on price.
  • Handover dates and the payment plan on anything off plan, and the escrow arrangement.
  • What a branded residence premium buys you, and what the brand actually obliges the operator to provide.
  • Service charges, which on branded prime stock are among the highest in the city.
  • Ownership and resale liquidity, which at the prime end depends on a small pool of buyers.

Are they a safe developer to buy from?

They have delivered substantial phases of their Sharjah communities, which is the record to look at, and they are building in Dubai on prime sites where the land itself carries the value. As with any off plan purchase at the luxury end, the questions worth your time are the payment plan, the escrow account and what the finished specification is contractually, in writing.

Questions buyers ask about Arada

How much does a Arada property cost in Dubai?

Across the 5 Arada projects TRPE brokers, entry prices start at AED 3,610,000 and run to AED 23,000,000. The figure depends on the unit, the floor and the release that is open, so we confirm it in writing before you commit.

Where in Dubai does Arada build?

The Arada projects we hold are in Dubai Harbour, Downtown Dubai, Dubai Land, Palm Jumeirah. Dubai Harbour has the most, with 2.

When do Arada projects hand over?

We do not publish handover dates for these projects because we do not hold confirmed ones. Developer schedules move between releases. Ask us about a specific project and we will get the current schedule from Arada in writing.

Can a non-resident buy a Arada property?

Yes, in a freehold community, where buyers of any nationality can own outright. You need a passport and the developer's booking form, and off-plan payments go into a RERA escrow account held against construction milestones rather than to the developer directly.

Does TRPE sell Arada property directly?

Yes. TRPE is a RERA-licensed brokerage, ORN 28357, and transacts on these projects directly with the developer, so the price you see is the developer's rather than a resale mark-up.

Looking at a Arada project?

Tell us which one, or just your budget. We will send current availability, the developer's payment terms in writing, and an honest comparison against the alternatives in the same community.
