Bellevue Towers is a two-tower residential project by Dubai Properties in Downtown Dubai, beside the Marasi Business Bay area. Bellevue Tower 1 and Bellevue Tower 2 share a podium and offer one, two and three bedroom apartments and three bedroom penthouses, with pools, gyms and shops at the base.

Sources do not agree on floors and dates. The CTBUH Skyscraper Center lists both towers as completed in 2021, with 25 and 26 floors estimated, and the original 2016 launch plan was 23 residential floors and a 2019 target. Treat the floor numbers as approximate.
Bellevue Towers is in Downtown Dubai, near Financial Centre Road (D71). Some sources, including the CTBUH, place the address in Marasi Business Bay, which is why people also search for "Bellevue Towers Business Bay". Bayut gives Business Bay Metro Station (Red Line) as about a 6 minute drive from Tower 2, and Business Bay and Burj Khalifa/Dubai Mall stations about 8 minutes by car from Tower 1. Sheikh Zayed Road (E11) is about 7 minutes away and Al Khail Road (E44) about 9 minutes. Bayut lists bus stops about 10 minutes on foot from Tower 1.

Dubai Properties announced the project in May 2016 as two towers on a shared podium, with two main lobbies and shops at ground level. Both towers are now complete and ready to live in. You can see the developer's other projects on our Dubai Properties page.

In Tower 1, every home has floor-to-ceiling windows, porcelain tiles, a fitted kitchen and a balcony. A one bedroom has a bathroom, a powder room, a living and dining area and a kitchen. The two bedroom has a master with an attached bathroom and walk-in closet, plus a utility room. The three bedroom adds a maid's room, and the penthouses add a study.
Bayut lists Jumeirah International Nursery Dubai about 6 minutes away and JSS Private School about 12 minutes away. Restaurants and supermarkets such as Viva, Loft and Al Maya are within about 5 minutes by car. The Dubai Mall, Dubai Opera, Dubai Fountain and Burj Park are all close.
