The Address Residence Fountain Views, searched as Address Fountain Views, is Emaar's serviced residences development next to The Dubai Mall in Downtown Dubai, with views of the Burj Khalifa and The Dubai Fountain. People also search it as Address Fountain Views Tower 1 and Tower 2.
Emaar's launch release places the residences in Downtown Dubai, next to The Dubai Mall and directly linked to it. A later Emaar Hospitality Group release describes the development as three towers, about 15 minutes from Dubai International Airport and within walking distance of the Burj Khalifa, and says the hotel is connected to The Dubai Mall through a link bridge. Address Hotels now gives the hotel's address as Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Boulevard. Our Downtown Dubai community page covers the wider area, and the pros and cons of living in Downtown Dubai explains daily life there.
Emaar announced it on 19 January 2013 as its first dedicated serviced residences development in Downtown Dubai, serviced by its own Address Hotels + Resorts brand.

Emaar describes three towers, but the releases we opened do not say which tower holds the residences, the hotel rooms or which floors. Do not assume a tower from the name in a listing. Ask for the unit number and the title deed, and ask the Address service team which tower and floor the apartment is in. Floor, view and layout all depend on it.
Emaar announced one, two, three and four bedroom apartments, all as serviced residences. Ask for the official floor plan to confirm square feet. Compare the exact built-up area in the title deed, not the bedroom count, and view the unit in person.
To buy, agree the price, check the title deed and that the service charge is paid up, and complete the transfer at a Dubai Land Department trustee office. The Dubai Land Department sets out its registration fee and the title deed fee on its sale registration page. Our guides to the title deed and Oqood and the Dubai service charge index explain what comes on top of the price.
Browse apartments for sale in Downtown Dubai or apartments for rent in Downtown Dubai. This building does not appear in the most-traded buildings list on the Downtown page, so we do not quote a Dubai Land Department price for it; ask an agent for recent sales of the same tower.
