Remraam is a low rise apartment community in Dubailand, built in the Al Ramth and Al Thamam clusters, and it is one of the most affordable places in Dubai to rent a two or three bedroom flat with real green space around it.
The buildings are four storeys, arranged around landscaped courtyards, which makes it feel closer to a garden suburb than an apartment district.
Families who need three bedrooms at a rent that central Dubai cannot offer, and anyone who values quiet and greenery over being close in. It has a settled resident population and a strong community feel for a rental area.
It suits commuters to the centre poorly. It sits off Emirates Road, and the daily run into DIFC or Media City is long.
Entry prices are low and larger flats let easily to families, which produces respectable yields. The limits are the location and the fact that most demand is rental rather than owner occupier, so capital growth tends to track the wider Dubailand market rather than lead it.
