Mudon is a family community in Dubailand built by Dubai Properties, made up of townhouses and villas around a large central park. It is one of the better value places to get a garden and three or four bedrooms.

The community is deliberately low rise and quiet, with the park and the community centre as its focus rather than retail or nightlife.

Who does Mudon suit?

Families who want outdoor space, a park they can walk to and a community that feels finished, at a cost well below Arabian Ranches or Dubai Hills. Neighbouring Dubailand communities and Motor City are close, and Al Barsha is a reasonable drive.

It suits daily commuters to DIFC or Downtown less well, as the drive is long at peak times.
