Jumeirah Islands is a low density villa community built on lakes, immediately beside Jumeirah Lake Towers and a short drive from Dubai Marina. It is one of the most central villa addresses in new Dubai.

The community is arranged as clusters of villas on islands separated by water, with the Pavilion as its social and retail centre. Supply is fixed and small, which is the defining feature.

Families and downsizers who want a large villa with water on the doorstep and a genuinely short commute: JLT, Dubai Marina, Media City and Sheikh Zayed Road are all minutes away. It appeals to people who would otherwise consider Emirates Living but want water rather than golf.
