Source: TRPE listings on 2 November 2026, annual asking rents of the one bedroom apartments we list. The middle rent is the median of our listings in each area, not the whole market. Areas with fewer than five listings show no figure, and a small sample can move as units let.
Our listings show what landlords ask today, not how rents have moved over the year, so ask for the registered rents of recent lets in the building you want. Where many similar units are listed, you have room to negotiate on price, cheques and furnishing. Well-priced one bedrooms in popular buildings still go fast.
Sizes vary by building and by age. Among the one bedrooms we currently list, built-up areas run from about 470 square feet in Azizi Riviera to over 1,000 square feet in an Elite Downtown Residences unit. Sobha Hartland one bedrooms sit around 570 square feet. Compare rent per square foot, not just rent, and confirm whether the size is BUA or suite area. See apartment sizes in Dubai explained.
Besides the annual rent, plan for these items. Ask the landlord or agent for current amounts before you sign.
| Cost | What to know |
