What should you check when you view a Business Bay home?

  • View and noise. Canal, skyline and road views feel very different, and works nearby can be loud.
  • Use of the unit. Confirm it is residential, and ask how the building handles short stays and guests.
  • Facilities. Pool, gym and parking vary by tower, and so do service charges. Read why service charges vary between buildings.
  • Walk to the metro. Test it on foot in the afternoon heat.
  • Lifts and corridors. In tall towers, waiting times and maintenance matter more than the brochure.
